Return Policy


RSS offers a 30-day money back guarantee. If the product doesn’t perform as indicated or you are not 100% satisfied, contact us at sales@rooftopsleepersupport.com and ship the products back to Rooftop Sleeper Support at 844 South 430 West, Heber City, Utah 84032.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-12 business days. If you do not receive your refund in that amount of time, first contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@rooftopsleepersupport.com. We will respond within 24 hours.

Only regularly-priced items may be fully refunded. Specially-priced items may be subject to a restocking fee.

If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at sales@rooftopsleepersupport.com and send your item to: 844 South 430 West, Heber City, Utah 84032.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning or exchanging your items.

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Rooftop Sleeper Support, you may not cancel or return any custom products specially manufactured by Rooftop Sleeper Support for your project.
